I try to understand what this all means. I resteemed your post and need to read it again. I think it's useless for me to vote then. I.am not sure where to find what my vote is worth.
I also wonder where all those votes/pay outs of 0.01 en 0.02 stay. All togetherit has to be a gigant amount. The only thing I was told was to vote, no matter if your vote is wortless.
