I've yet to read in depth on the changes to Steemit, but from my experience of consistently powering up as well as voting and posting at 100% SP I have done a lot better than before I made the change. I do know that time & quantity matter across the board.

Hey viktor, I am switching to 100% then! I think for the longterm this will prove to be the best option. I've been vegan for more than 3 years and vegetarian for almost 9 :) Following you, thanks for the good advice.

Ironic, we're pretty much twins, only I was vegetarian for a year and have been vegan for twelve. In truth I'm stoked to meet another vegan on here.
If you get a chance here soon check out the Zappl ICO. Where Steemit is like Reddit Zappl is like Twitter. Should be a good one.
Also, if you haven't I would recommend setting up auto curation for the whales you follow.
