Curd beam
Yogurt is one of our favorite food. It can be eaten as simply mouth, as well as it can be made with fun food. Yogurt is such a meal. The food is made with sour sweet curd and mascalai dal. This is a popular item of Iftar in our country.
Ingredients
Maschalai dal 1 cup
Talk yogurt: 1 cup
Sweet curd: 1/2 cup
Baking powder: 1/2 teaspoon (optional)
Chut spices: one and a half teaspoons
Zirra powder 1 teaspoon
Chilli powder 1/2 teaspoons
The amount of tamarind sweeter amount
Salt amount quantity
Bit salt: 1/4 teaspoon (quantity)
Paste of mint leaves 1 teaspoon
Oil: The amount of frying in the oil
Steps
Step 1
Wash the pulse and keep it in the water all night. Then it will be blended to a thick paste.
Step 2
Take 1/2 teaspoon of salt and baking powder and beat about 10-15 minutes spoon.
Step 3
Now put oil in the stove with oil, heat the oil and fry them with golden brown, mix the salt in a hot dish with a mixture of salt and roast it in 15-20 minutes, and in the meantime make a dose sauce.
Step 4
All these ingredients, combined with the above-mentioned ingredients, must be done together.
Step 5
If the sauce is ready, you will be able to test your face if you have less or less, then fix it right away.
Step 6
Now a little bit of a serving dish, take out the water from the water and lightly pour a grevet on it.
Step 7
Serve hot with chut spices, chilli powder and tamarind sauce on top.
