Japanese Nano-Bubble Technology (using carbon based ceramic air stones)
Amazing video about the properties and effects of nanobubbles. Oxygen nanobubbles and ozone nanobubbles. They can stay in the water for several months!
Fresh water and salt water fish can live in the same tank because of the oxygen-rich bubbles in the water. (which are completely invisible)
Shine a laser pointer through a glass of regular water and you won't see the beam, but you can see the beam with nanobubble water.
The oxygen nanobubble water seems to purge impurities and toxins from ponds and bodies of water by raising them to the surface to form a scum. The nano bubbles sink, react with the "stuff", muck and mess at the bottom. Raise it, then can be skimmed off to leave the rest of the volume of water pristine.
Nano bubbles can also act as a surfactant. Normally, in order to mix oil and water, it requires a chemical surfactant to be added. (A reason I think ultrasonic transducers work to emulsify is because it generates micro and nanobubbles)
The nanobubbles are made by using a carbon based ceramic airstone and forcing pure oxygen through at a low psi. (or whatever gas you choose)
The pores in the carbon are micron sized and produce microbubbles. (which normally dissipate)
But when the microbubbles are pushed underwater in a current by another jet of water (filled with electrolytes to share ions).... the microbubble collapses to form a nanobubble, and stay that way.
Take note that the most of the amount of gas that was in the larger microbubble is STILL in the much smaller nanobubble. But the gases in the bubble are compressed. So more nanobubbles can occupy a larger volume. Which make for more oxygen saturating the water.

I've read that Cancer has difficulty surviving in an oxygen-rich environment.
Here is an excerpt on Otto Heinrich Warburg's work from Wikipedia:
(Perhaps if someone were to saturate the blood by drinking oxygen nano-bubble water... their cells might absorb more oxygen at a faster rate than the glucose breakdown and fermentation? Thereby aiding remission of mutated cells? Or maybe at least prevent the formation of new mutations?)

Anzai Kantetsu YouTube. (Looks to be compressed canned oxygen being injected through a carbon-based ceramic/ biochar filter and excited/ agitated by ultrasound or vibration. With something as simple as an electric toothbrush?) I think the ultrasound is in place of the jetstream underwater. You need stimulus to move the microbubbles off the porous substrate they are being blown through. (even if using a Venturi injector, the bubbles need to be stimulated)
NanoBubble Solutions Website:
http://www.nanobubblesolutions.com/tech/tech.php
Emulsification usually needs a chemical surfactant to mix oil and water together. (or 2 disparate liquids with different specific gravity/ densities)
But ultrasound can mix it up. (AS IF there is a jet stream under the water)
So maybe the ultrasound can be used in place of jetstreams?
Here is an example of Cymatics causing rotation. Not just chaotically vibrating the water. Perhaps we could tune the ultrasonic transducer to a specific frequency to induce specific direction of rotation to promote more nano bubbles off the substrate of the carbon based airstone. Starting around 3:30
Also wondering how cavitation can be used to take this concept a step further in large scale manufacturing.
Perhaps if Aris Dyne used an electrolyte saturated media, that the microbubbles would collapse to nanobubbles and remain stable there-after.

Does Sosei Fuel Water (SFW video below) follow the work of Gerald Pollack and "electrically activated water?"
(Exclusion Zone/ EZ water.)
Deteurium depleted water/ Stephen Sedlmayr's patent? (https://www.diviniawater.com/science)
Or is SFW possibly a combustible nano bubble gas in water?
http://www.soseiworld.co.jp/www_sp/
What if you bubble a combustible gas in a combustible fluid?
Like making nano-oxygen or nano-hydrogen bubbles in gasoline.
Then atomize the fuel and burn the mist? It might retain the nanobubbles within the mist? And then contribute to a much more intense burn.
Could even use acetylene nano bubbles with Oxygen nano bubbles. Using the water itself as the container for the compressed gases. Rather than 2 separate tanks. Then atomize the water into a fog and burn it. (hoping the nano-bubble retains its form)
Is this what Stan Meyers did with his hydrogen fuel cell? Did he use amonia nanobubbles with nitrogen nano bubbles or something like that?
Stan Meyers "Water Powered" Car. (It's not the water persay. The water (with electrolytes) Is the "container" by which the actual "fuel" is transported. The fuel being the combustible nanogases saturating the water perhaps?)
He never mentions distilled water in this segment. "I don't care if you use rain water, well water, city water, ocean water. If you don't have any 'fresh' water, then go ahead and use snow. If you don't have any snow available to you, use salt water because there's no adverse affect on the fuel cell."
All of those examples of water have electrolytes in common? Which would allow for the nanobubbles to form and stay to be used on demand?
If you had hydrogen nanobubbles saturating a tank of water... could you induce boiling with a vacuum chamber and then use the bubbles in a fuel cell for a fuel additive?
Rather than using energy through electrolysis, we could inject nano hydrogen into gasoline or water and then transport it to extract elsewhere. You could transport a gas in nano bubble form using the liquid itself as the "container" and then purge it out later to collect and use for other purposes. Like, the water itself would be the transport container for a nano-gas.
Wonder if HHO or brown's gas can be made in nano bubble form to retain in a liquid to purge later.
Or if nano Magne-gas can be used as a fuel in water or other fluids/ oils? For added punch.
Perhaps magnegas could be used in tandem with Daniel Green's Water Spark Plugs? To ignite the atomized water with nanobubble magnegas?

Or Scramjets?
Nebulization
https://www.leslieyeo.net/nebulisation.html
I'm hoping nanobubbles can retain their form in a mist or fog. In that article above it shows nebulized droplets less than 200 micron.
Nanobubbles are also less than 200 micron. That would be beneficial for stemcell research and the medical field.
(Can nanobubbles be used in kidney dialysis to reduce time between treatments? Or pregnant ladies giving birth in nanobubble underwater?)
.
.
I included a bit of "Electrically Activated Water" claims in this segment of a presentation called "Magnetic Field of Dreams". It is different than the nano bubble water. The idea is that the 2 mickey mouse ears (hydrogen) making up the H2o molecule are normally spinning in opposite directions. But somehow Steven Sedlmayr's microwave distillation process makes the bonds to spin in the same direction, and stay that way. Again, with claims that the water doesn't need a surfactant to mix with oil and similar properties/ benefits of nanobubble water.
Here is an example of Gerald Pollack's work with Exclusion Zone (EZ) water. Which is negatively charged:
Perhaps the claims of so called Structured Water has more to do with ion exchange of nano bubbles and electrolytes more so than making chain links of water molecules?
The nanobubbles are negatively charged. So maybe Gerald Pollack's work is showing us the dynamics of what happens at the meniscus/ boundary of the nanobubble wall.
More nanobubbles, more negative charge, thereby giving the illusion of "negatively charged water".
It's not the water that is negatively charged persay, but rather the bubbles IN the water. Which is why skeptics rightfully say "hexagonal water" is esoteric. Yet at the same time which is why proponents of "structured water" are correct when they say there are some properties about the water that is different and beneficial. There is a negative charge present. But perhaps only around the boundary of each nano bubble? And a saturated media of nano-bubbles would pretty much make for" negatively charged water." Or rather, negatively charged nanobubble water.
Here are some more results from people who claim to have produced "structured water".
Whatever the molecular orientation of the H20 molecules is.. whether the bonds are spinning in the same direction or not, whether there are hydrogen ions present, if there is "hexagonal water" or whatever. Doesn't matter.
What if everyone is trying to articulate the Effects of nano-bubble water.. but since no one can see the nano bubbles.. they all assume different models and claims to explain why plants grow so well.
Because regardless of whatever the claims are for the make up of so called "structured water"... it ABSOLUTELY makes plants grow like crazy. Plants don't lie. Don't need any words or opinions or bias. Pour water on some plants and see what happens. Their growth or lack thereof will say it all.
So, here is another 9 minute video showing "water structurizers" and side by side comparisons of effects on plants. Electro-culturing/ Magneto-culturing and more:
130 page pdf version:
https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B_01ueS0Y28YWVVXQnF4Mndyb1U/view?usp=sharing
What if all that stuff is simply making nanobubbles in different ways?
Or is electrically activated water truly different with bonds spinning in the same direction? Might be both.
.
.
Taken to the extreme... I think we can eventually make fluids like the amniotic solution portrayed in the movie "The Abyss".
Or even like the fluid surrounding Gary Sinise at the end of "Mission to Mars".
Saturated with so much oxygen, it doesn't matter if you're underwater.
(Just like the orchid as shown towards the beginning of the article)
Although we don't "breathe" as a fetus. And we wouldn't need to "breathe" if the lungs are filled with an oxygen-saturated fluid. The reason why your lungs expand and contract is to take in air to get the small percentage of oxygen. Then expel the CO2 and repeat the cycle. (and because of the surrounding atmospheric pressure)
But if you're in the womb or the lungs are filled with an oxygen-saturated fluid... there is no need for the lungs to move. Just like holding your breath and absorbing the oxygen. (But your lungs would atrophy and it would be quite unpleasant to work the lung muscles to expand and contract again)

Marc LeClair, of Nanospire Inc., built a cavitation device in his garage for $250 that generated nuclear radiation and formed diamonds on the components. (using only water).
He and his partner were severely radiation poisoned for more than a year, lost their hair and almost died.
(Perhaps a reason for the radiation and radicals is because he used pure water without electrolytes to exchange ions?)

Jim Griggs' Hydrosonic Pump might actually be producing dangerous but short lived Nuclear isotopes. (Unless the pump uses salt water so the electrolytes can exchange ions with the isotopes maybe? If the LeClair effect generates dangerous radiation, than we can speculate that a controlled cavitation of asymmetrically collapsing bubbles might produce that radiation. (This is probably swept under the rug and dismissed as "naturally occurring")

Back to the airstone for the nano-bubbles. We need a carbon based airstone... To be made from a dense piece of wood that is burned in a pyrolitic oven (oxygen free)
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pyrolysis
Or we might not need a porous filter at all, but rather a "CARMIN pump". Which looks to be a glass blown apparatus using the Venturi Effect?
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Venturi_effect
The next best thing is Graphene if you want to go with a carbon based airstone.
It IS carbon. But arranged like a chainlink fence (in sheets).
Or tubes/ cylinders in nanotubes. Or Bucky Balls.
Perhaps the cavitation process can help make graphene filters and airstone materials?
http://iopscience.iop.org/article/10.1088/0957-4484/22/36/365306
We would optimally want a "solid" porous lattice of evenly stacked Bernal Stacked Layers of Graphene.
Like this on a nano scale:
This is attempting to understand and duplicate the model of the Japanese "Structurizer" called the Neu VG7:
I originally made a water tumbling/ cavitation unit to promote bubbles and hydrogen ions in water for a short time while watering my garden. But now I realize this design is like a macro version of want we want as an Airstone on a nanoscale. Not to pass water through it persay. That might generate harmful radiation like the LeClair experiments.
(Also interesting to note that, to me, an asymmetric cavitation bubble collapsing looks very similar to a Nuclear Explosion and subsequent mushroom cloud but in reverse.)

Important to note that the nano bubbles are negatively charged. Because of the exchange of ions with the electrolytes in the water. It leaves them negatively charged which is VERY beneficial!
Just use a carbon based water filter as an airstone? And stimulate the electrolyte water with a battery powered electric toothbrush or ultrasonic toothbrush. Test with a laser pointer to see the beam. If you can see it... you have nanobubble water.
And perhaps we could use something like Dr. Willard's Catalyst Activated Water concentrates to use as electrolytes?
http://drwillard.com/dr-willards-water/what-is-dr-willards-water/
I think Dr. Willard's Catalyst Activated Water (CAW) needs motion or to be shaken in order to activate the bubbles.
Distilled on the left, Dr. Willard's Dark Concentrate on the right. When you shake it in a bottle before drinking it, the sloshing makes a lot of microbubbles. I drink it like that because I think the motion activates his particular water.
Certain water you want to shake up, certain water you want to spin, other water you might want to cascade or cycle.
But because of the chemical properties of the concentrates IN the water... the bubbles are more plentiful. But shaking to make tiny bubbles is specific to Dr. Willard's chemical solution.
If you shake up nanobubble water too much, it will dissipate into microbubbles and be lost soon thereafter.
If you shake up a liquid to get microbubbles, you'd better drink them quickly before they dissipate. (but reducing regular air into micro or nanobubbles is not as effective for specific applications as using pure gases like oxygen.)
I've Been drinking and testing waters for over 10 years and doing experiments myself to see results in people's claims. Individually and all at once. Everything seems to be promoting bubbles in some way. Some people's units and "structurizers" make for bubbles that last longer than others. And if you pour it directly on plants before those bubbles dissipate, you can witness the benefits over non bubble water. (but we want nanotech)
Perhaps Viktor Shauberger's Repulsine and Information could be used for large scale industrial applications.
I think the system could be used to rapidly seed nanobubbles into lakes and ponds, aquariums, swimming pools, water storage tanks, etc.
.
.
Take note again that the Nano-bubbles are negatively charged. Because of the ion exchange with the electrolytes in the water; Which, aid to form the nanobubbles.
The negative charges greatly contribute to the cleaning effects.

Another interesting combination of ideas was put together by the late Burk-Elder Hale III in a product called Bionade or Trioxy Silver (Ag03 he said. Not AgH203)
Following the work of Dan Nelson and WayBack Water.
(Might be like a colloidal silver with ozone nanobubbles? Then further mixed with various hydrosols and essential oils?) https://web.archive.org/web/20131209181426/http://trioxysilver.com/bionabout.htm

What would happen if you inject nano-bubble Neon or fluorescent gases into water (or oils?) and then exposed it to a tesla coil or slayer exciter, or bifilar flat coil? Would the water glow like a CFL bulb or fluorescent tube? Or maybe make a gel with nano-bubbles saturating. So the gel can act as a bulb when brought near a source of electrostatic potential. Like a luminescent gel or fluid of different colors based on the nano gases saturating them.
Or an accelerated healing tank for soft tissue.
A tub filled with an electrolytic gel or oil saturated with nano-gases that has Lakhovsky Coils on either side or coils wrapped around a cylindrical tank to promote electrostatic potential.
So the ionization of the nanogases in the media saturates the cells for repair. Like an Electret Bandage but with an active ionized gel or oil.

.
.
Another question I have is how to reverse the process of injecting nano bubbles? All that compressed air that was in the Microbubble collapsed to form the nanobubble. But the same amount of air is in a smaller volume. So the density is way up.
But how do you unlock that? If you had a giant tank of nanobubble water... how would you release it and expand the bubbles again to release the gases and take it out of the water? Vacuum chamber? Heat and boil off on the stove?
Will the nano-bubbles retain their form within the steam or cold evaporate from the vacuum chamber?
Boiling Cold Water:
Boiling Water Until it Freezes:
Bubble Shapes with the Bubbleologist:
If you shake up water enough, it will foam. So, why then wouldn't nano-bubbles be able to form common walls?
Is that possible? If so, perhaps clusters of nanobubbles could form in a controlled state like how crystals form.
Watch here specifically from 18:00 - 20.00 minutes.
If the bubble wall has sufficient surface tension, it will remain stable. Almost like a solid particle. So then if different atomic gases and inert gases can be made into nanobubble form... then could individual nanobubbles collect to form compounds? Clusters of varying nano-gases. And then how to release that potential of specific mixes.
Can nano bubbles form a nano-foam?
Maybe experiment with a hydrophobic and hydrophilic aerogel.
Can a doped AeroGel be used as an airstone to make tiny bubbles?

Don Ho.... Vindicated...
Bubbles.... Activated...
I think if you made sodas with nano-Co2 bubbles, that the soda wouldn't go "flat". Even if you shake it up. I speculate that might happen because of the physics of opening a soda at the bottom of the ocean in a submarine. The pressure prevents the fizzing. Likewise, the surface tension of the nanobubbles might be so great, it's AS IF they are in a great depth underwater. So this might make for Champagne and sodas that retain their fizz for months even if you leave them out.
Which brings us to the conclusion...
That we should inject nanobubbles into Gatorade and start a company called Brawndo.
That stuff would probably mutilate thirst and hydrate the system like crazy. Plants might even crave it.
And, it's got Electrolytes!
I've just got a good feeling about this.
I am delighted to have found you on steemit, thank you for this stellar contribition! Upvoted and resteemed.
yeah now this is really cool to have jason verbelli here! Now no one on facebook can just delete his content, it will be up on the blockchain forever
now we can leak all sorts of extra terrestrial information etc
if an ET group wanted to do an ama on earth internet it would be on steem where everything would be saved in a blockchain forever and couldn't get deleted by the NSA lol
ET AMA? Now, that would be fascinating! I also agree that Jason being on steemit will afford him some more personal autonomy.
Whoa
Purdy cool! Need some NanoBubbles in our Coca-Cola! Lol
What if we made coca cola with nanobubble CO2... and then put mentos in it.
(or maybe even put nano mentos into regular coca cola!)
