Its been about 4 weeks since I started the MuTu system and I am stoked to share my progress! I have not done any of my regular (intensive) workouts and have been adhering to the core exercises as the program describes. It is so easy to do in just a few spare minutes each day!
Since joining, mutu has developed a newer version of their program and i was able to start adding slightly more intense exercises just this week with it. Check back in a few weeks to see where it takes me next!
