Haejin is now always the number 1 self upvoter - as noted on Steem Ocean. So basically, he is free to continue to remain at the top position without being downvoted - unless someone else rises to the challenge of buying enough steem to sit and upvote themselves enough to get their rep up higher than his and then to downvote him. Since the ability to gain ever more SP through self voting is an ever increasing spiral of 'growth' - I think I am right in saying that if nothing is done to remedy this, eventually he would be taking the entire reward pool.. more or less!

Clearly this is a system fault and needs to be addressed. Maybe a cap needs to be in place on earnings as a percentage of the total rewards pool?
