"I know you're trying to support your family/lifestyle/drug habit" - lol that was funny. Sorry, I know this is a serious issue as I've been reading a lot about the begging (and spamming). That aside, yeah it's off-putting. It's hard to engage people when they're just only there to beg for an upvote or follow. But maybe this is just a phase and if the tactics don't work, they'll probably move on (to a new tactic or a new place).

I think it is. I don't think we're going to see a lot of it for long. It's just a reaction to HF19 and what look like big payouts. Those payouts won't look that big in a couple of years.
