The Billion Coin is a scam. It has to be, their numbers don't add up.
I would advise that you don't get involved with it, you can only ever sell at their price otherwise they revoke your account - meaning that you loose all money invested.
The fact that it isn't tradeable on any reputable exchanges should be sounding alarms, with cryptocurrency the market should be deciding on the price, not how many people have it.
