I recently wrote a post on the growth potential of Steemit. I truly believe we're only beginning to see the tip of the ice burg in terms of growth. As the largest increase is 17,000 visitors this pales in comparison to other social media applications such as instragram, Facebook, linkedin, reddit, etc. Thrown in the added bonus that this platform pays its users and its simply only a matter of time before steemit's growth becomes exponential in comparison to its current numbers.

I highly doubt 17,000 unique visitor is even close to the tip of the iceberg in terms of growth. There is an actual learning curve with this product and steemit might have to stream line some of these rules in order for better and faster adoption.
Until you see about 100k new uniques a day, this product isnt going anywhere and its really hindering on success of bust right now. (imo)
You are right on @cutelilbear on the tip of the iceberg part. 100k unique visitors is not that near as far away as MANY STEEMIT USERS THINK. I am not a polyanna head in the sand type of person when it comes to investment or business development, ever business has its warts, bugs, call them what you want. But with a nice run in value that is exponential value amongst current users. As you have seen the force multiplier rise to ridiculous levels lately, it will increase to staggering amounts as you add more people along with quality. Great comment on the post, I share a little disagreement on the outlook in future growth prospects, but your numbers illustrated are very legitimate.
