i'm stupid!!
DAMN POLONIEX they never answer my support ticket for the awaiting APPROVAL issue, but they easily give my money to they say hackers??? i lost money from them and now again, so that count me as fool, but never once more again!! now i got money left in my account they HOLD it for a couple of DAYS now.. no support from them, never answer my TICKETS and this is the worst to day, i can't send SUPPORT ticket anymore..
what in the world...
even a 5 year old child knows what they are doing right now!!
clear warning to all!! just don't trust them.. stay away from poloniex..
important lesson to me is, better to BUY hardware wallet.. that is the safest way to stock a coin...
if ever there is a person here associated with POLONIEX , hope you read this, and put an end to this...

Only other best way is to have a very large hard drive for your altcoin blockchains and download the Linux wallet (some dont have Windows wallet) or find a way to store the coins yourself.
Sad :( I have coins on Polo and knew nothing about this! I will see if they allow me to withdraw.

I am so sorry that you had this trouble. Don't be so hard on yourself. I have had many bad experiences over the years, but you move on with life. You can only make a decision in what you know at the time. Nice to meet you @trisun
