Forbes magazine, which releases annual rankings of the world's wealthiest people, has come out with its first list of cryptocurrency billionaires.
The wealthiest man in cryptocurrencies is Chris Larsen, the co-founder of Ripple with a net worth of 8 billion dollars but a majority of his wealth is tied up in XRP. Forbes magazine said that Larsen holds 5.19 billion XRP and became even richer than Mark Zuckerberg when cryptocurrencies value increased exponentially at the end of 2017.
