Before you make negative statements about a service you should read the user guide. It takes 72 hours to receive an upvote. We are a manual curation service so we do all of the work ourselves.
No offence but i was just voicing out my dissatisfaction with your service. It's my mistake actually because i failed to completely read the terms of your service.
You submitted your post 7/16/18 @ 03:44 CST in the U.S. It may not be exactly 72 hours, like I said we do this manually. If your post is expired by the time we curate it, it will be refunded.
We're working on a separate large project to obtain higher delegations so our SP is falling behind a little bit. Please be patient as it will help us provide a faster service in the future.

We already refunded you on the 16th because you failed to read our user guide. We clearly state in all of our guides not to submit posts older than 3.5 days. Please check your wallet before making rude demands such as this and follow the guidelines.

You did not read the user guide before using our service. It clearly states that if you send more then the price of 0.150 or 0.151 SBD then it will be kept. I will refund it this time but before you make rude comments to a service read the user guide and follow the instructions.
