The first step is important, you have to find a mark with a lot of steem power but isn't paying attention to what is going on. There aren't a lot of options, and you have to create a killer pitch. Crafting this pitch is the utmost importance, you have 3 seconds to get the attention of your mark and sell them on the value you offer.
Now that is out of the way, you got to wait, this is the least exciting part. Hopefully, all your effort has paid off and you get the big notice.
Ok, the hard part is done. Now we got to come up with a clever strategy to stay under the radar. What can we do that will offer tremendous value while just taking a modest fee in return for our time? This is a tough one, but compliments in comments is a fantastic way to offer some value.
Why do this alone when you can get your alts, I mean friends to help out.

It appears to me that @freedom is operating within the consensus rules of the STEEM network.
Delegation is in the code. SBD is in the code. Trading delegation for SBD is a Free Market Activity. I don't tell a user what to do with his Bitcoin. I see no need to dictate what a user of the STEEM network decides to do with his Mined, Earned, or Bought stake.
Downvotes are in the code.

I'm not sure you even need to see it is a black market. A perfectly visible, white market in delegation serves exactly the same purpose.
It's not like any delegation transfers are immediately visible on the blockchain, anyway. To have a proper black market you would have to have an exchange that takes the information off of this blockchain and puts it either into fiat currency only known on an exchange or the same for some other cryptocoin.
Which I'm sure has already happened.

May I ask @themarkymark (or if anybody know here) what is https://steemit.com/@freedom as I noticed it delegates Steem to other users (I think helping others which is okay) but how can someone have SO much Steem and Steem power.

They make the same offer but the delegation is different. @askquestion got around 100k but @funny-gifs got around 400k. @themarkymark When I use @Buildawhale I want to get 2x that SBD I send. I think you can do it. Because I want to run one post per day. Half of my payout will turn to SP. If you upvote with less voting weight my sending will be less and less. This is not good for both of us. I will use my SBD for this purpose only. I am trying to get bigger. You can think me as a your daily golden egg.
