Thanks for the informative post. I got few votes from @tumutanzi and I was extremely surprised when I saw his last vote. Now it makes a lot of sense.

He was great help as far as I know, but being new on steemit and utterly technology-challenged, I have no idea of all the stuff going on. Just read around here and there some news or rumors.

In regard to what @battleaxe said and I also mentioned in my latest rant about steemit (Someone is selling their vote), you may want to check this post
I stumbled on this post being resteemed by @randowhale. Although the writer has a negative reputation score, it seems that what he was saying may have some truth in it.

It is sad to see how people change when it comes to money!

    Good old Bernie, and here's me trying to be tactful :)

    @paulag puts more numbers on it in her recently blog. Shameful really, @surpassinggoogle understood what the delegates SP was for, the rest just money grabbed.
