Hello @jerrybanfield sir, i am so happy that you are also thinking about us and make a post like this, it's very kind move that is really expecting from a community member like you,i am also just one 1.5 month old member of this community and when i started writing here i thought that i just do my best and write good content and nothing else but day by day i realised that this is a community that run only on its members mutual contribution,and in this platform if you are not communicate or appreciate the good content of your Followers or any other person, you can't grow in the long term,so it's very nice that now you are also thinking for us and your this step is really a very good step, according yo me the #teamjerry idea is very good but only until some users don't use this tag for spamming you,but i found that the best way to be a part of community is by using "steem.chat" because where you can block any user who spamming you by asking only for his/her post promotion,and you can easily communicate with your steemit Followers on that platform,but that is only my opening,keep it up sir you are really awesome.😊
