I feel like I 'm on youtube here, the post or video you make lasts 1 days and after that bye bye. Indeed it lasts 1 day but, it lasts less then 1 hour if people don't upvote it. They are not going to watch something that is not new or popular.Here are to many posts in a to short time.

Perhaps you would like this proposal. @anduweb has suggested eliminating sign ups and leaving entrance into Steem as a referral only system
I do like it and I really like steem community ,makes me feel that we can make many good changes.

You can also provide backlinks to promote older posts.
I start to read a lot here and for now I don't have time to promote anything.
