I would love more information on just exactly what the rules for posting content are. For example, what about folks wanting to post on Steemit AND their other established blogs simultaneously. Won't that get marked as plagiarism?

Thank you for the suggestion, I'll expand on that section. To answer your question, posting something you wrote elsewhere is allowed.
@cheetah might comment on your post something like "This content appears on yourblogswebsite.com." Just reply to @cheetah saying you own that blog. You might then get someone asking you to confirm you own the blog, but you should only have to confirm it once.
