What is happening with Steemit

One thing I failed to realize until now is any deficiency or plateformes is error to me.
Also it happened to come across in my post that has taken over 40 upvote and many views and balance 00.00$

an example is the great balance of my posts that have more upvote

but in these two examples here are two of my posts where on the one I get more views and the balance is less of it other that have received less views

    Yes, it depends on the voting power of a man/woman on steemit.
