So the long and short of it is to space out your postings, and not post more than once every 6 hours, right?

- Don't post too much
- If you post ~4 posts in a row, wait a day before and after otherwise there will be a penalty
- If you post at some regular frequency, every 6 hours is good.
- Edits do not seem to count in my testing
- Only posts count, comments do not.
