Right now it's tiered to automatically vote delegators of various amounts, being <100, 101-499, and >500 at 50%, 75%, and 100% respectively. It's worked pretty well so far.

Sweet that sounds like a good system set up, simplicity is usually the best way. I will let you know when I have a delegation ready for you.
