11 easy steps to upload your profile pic on steemit, kindly refer below :
in steemit, click Submit a Story
type in title like my introduction or something
insert image
type in tag like introduceyourself
click POST
open back your new post
right click on the image
click copy image address
go to Settings
paste the image address at PROFILE PICTURE URL
click UPDATE
Done
