Every morning we like something new, tasty and light. It’s a good choice if you’ll cook omelette “Eastern” with morning coffee cup.
Ingredients:
3 eggs
30 g cheese
1 tomato
1 bell pepper
150 ml milk
vegetable oil
salt and greens (as you like)
Dice tomato and bell pepper, in a pan heat the vegetable oil, place tomato & pepper on a pan and fry it for 2 minutes, add greens. Beat eggs with milk, add grated cheese, salt and pour on the frying pan.
Then cover and cook until it will be ready.
