Well I do this alone and it takes time and effort. If people wait until minimum level is reached doesn't cost them anything. This is to reduce the amount of work each day to send out payments and avoid the bandwidth limits.
I'm sorry if it came off as a complaint, I understand why you made the changes, I just genuinely found it funny.
