New beginnings

So as you can see by my profile, I am new to this platform and over the last few days I have been thinking...ok, this isn’t Facebook and Instagram, what do I do?? I’ve been looking through what’s trending and different hashtags and still feel like I’m not entirely sure, so please for now be patient with me!

I have been looking at new ways of trying to build my business that I have been working on for the last 2 years. Engage here....connect there....do live videos....do YouTube videos....post more stories etc etc.

Then not that long ago @benleemusic posted a video introducing Steemit and why he felt creatives should widen their network to include Steemit. At this stage I’m seeing a lot of people who care a lot about blockchain and cryptocurrency and I’m wondering if what I care about is of any interest to anyone on here.

I have been telling people about Steemit and will continue to do that because if it wasn’t for @benleemusic I don’t think people would have known about Steemit. People are so into what’s trending right now and not so much about what’s up and coming. I’m hoping to gain something from Steemit even if it’s just to engage with others that I feel is meaningful so that I have a reason to get other people to join.

I’m looking for any really good suggestions from anyone who knows how to navigate Steemit, of people who have the same interests as me. I’m into meditation, music, spiritual stuff and anything along those lines that you think I might be interested in. I invite you to comment with the name of someone/or business that you think I would be interested in. And thanks again for engaging!
