Hi Spea, not sure if it's exactly the same on mobile, but if you're still logged in... it appears that if you select your avatar there is a "Change Password" option.
Within "Change Password" I see a link above the "Current Password" field that says "Recover Account"... maybe you could give that a shot?
I have that option, but it asks to enter a recent password which I don't have.
Bummer. Hope you can get it resolved and best of luck.
