SEC has opened the forum for public opinions after filling the application by CBOE for opening of ETF which can bring more billions to the market . That can bring real Bull run.You may be right @ezzy But I think there are some more factors which can boom the prices like opening of ETF and global acceptance of Bitcoin under regulations.

An ETF announcement should help big time with prices. And another good thing is the "hype" whilst ETF is on the horizon, should push prices up way before it's even been implemented. :)
