Yes sir. I see your point. I was only implying censorship in the sense of totally taking down material. Even with the reputation system, content can still be viewed. Frankly, I am as happy as you for the reputation system, because it keeps the bots, spammers, and abusers at bay. Rather than censorship, I see this as freedom of association enacted based on merit.
