I think the promotion is great but burning the money is wasted opportunity.
Yes that is why I was suggesting my modified method on the Steemitblog post. You essential use the SBD to supercharge your voting power on that particular vote. It is as if you temporarily have a whale account.
@stellabelle Sorry I didn't realise you meant you were going to transfer the SBD to me. That was very kind but un-necessary. If it's OK I will use the money to promote an ignored post a day (by someone else) for the next couple of days?
