Yes, the money is given back out to the people who posted submissions. Theoretically, someone could get free advertising ( get their money back) via what the post earns. It is basically whatever the post earns if its less then whatever everyone put in then it could be the case. But, we pay back everyone who put in the most first and go down the list if this make sense. So the people who put in $5 would get paid back first from the post earnings and go down the line.
