I'm a believer. I'm also a Libertarian (edging toward voluntaryism), an entrepreneur, and know that I can't give what I don't own... so $$ is important. Do you think the traits you listed are antithetical to Christianity?

Whatever one thinks about money we can't live without it can we? But the love of money is not my primary purpose in life and I praise the Lord for that. I am in the UK and we don't have libertarianism or volutarism here, not as political defentions anyway. We certainly don't understand voluntarism at all.
I know you can't give what you don't own, but I don't believe you have to be rich or own anything to help people out. Peace to you my friend, it is very interesting to see the differences between our countries outlooks on life and meaning.
