Noob question: are there any plans to incorporate some of the features these resources provide into the Steemit platform itself? It seems kind of silly, for instance, that we need to visit another website (steemd) to see how much our voting power or bandwith is worth...
Yes there are applications that shows everything, but I don't trust extentions because I am afraid that a kind of extention in the browser can steal passwords of people, this why I advertise just the thing that I trust and that is safe fore people and don't need people to install anything.
That makes sense, but I was wondering if the Steemit platform itself will start incorporating these features so that we don't have to mess with outside sites, applications, extensions, etc. anymore...
I don't think they have time for that, the good work is already done and we have a lot of applications that are already working very well, it's your choice to use them or not !
