Previous studies show the important role sleep plays in learning and memory formation.

Low-quality sleep and sleep deprivation also negatively impact mood
You've got that right!
Hi, @stanhopeofficial. I would like to say that steemSTEM doesn't have any specific requirement regarding the number of words and all but this article, for example, is too short and therefore most likely would not be supported. The objective of this community is not only to inform but to educate and learn from each other which is why I would recommend you to write more on the subject at hand. Writing a single high-quality article would be better than producing 10 short articles, won't you think? Then again, the choice is yours.
Try to expand the point you are making in the post and write anything that you understand from the subject. Regards.
