Are There Any Whales Out There Who Post Quality Content AND Upvote GOOD Comments On Their Posts?

I am seeing a lot of whales (won't name them in fear of downvoting all my posts) that make posts but NEVER upvote anyone who tries to legit spark an interesting conversation.

I am sure they are well aware that the majority of their followers are following them in hopes of getting a juicy upvote one day...but I see many of these whales NEVER leave an upvote, even when someone leaves some quality content or aids the whale by providing a hard to find link.

If I had THAT much steem power, I would post and upvote myself a lot, but I would also MAKE SOMEONES DAY with a nice big juicy 50%-100% upvote to blow their mind.

I want to get to 100,000 steem power...might not be possible but if I get a few whales to follow me, like my content, and upvote each post then I have a good fighting chance...

In the meantime I will keep looking for quality posters who are generous with their voting power so that one day I can join them.
