Further more, I believe that groups like @steemcleaners and their blind followers are the reasoon why this community is in such a broken state right now. They are filling their own pockets by using obvious flaws and using it into making thousands of steem tokens every week or so.

In today's time almost every website, community, etc. uses all sorts of anti-spam anti-plagiarism methods. I don't see some groups on for example Facebook or Twitter etc bragging about "Commented", "Flagged" etc. They do it silently. Here on steemit a few groups such as @steemcleaners are trying to copy Kim Un Jong's approach to supress the new comers until the submit to their powers. I pity the fools who follows such tyants and upvotes their dark deeds. I hope actual concered users take this to account before it's too late!
