I think where a lot of people take issue is that pro-Steem articles on Steemit are KIND OF pointless. The people who read them are already on Steemit and using the platform. Those pro-Steem posts could be better utilised if posted on other websites where people might actually not know about Steem yet.

I have nothing against loving on Steem, as it is pretty awesome, but for me personally, I feel that sometimes people just write pro-Steem blogs because they are trying to make a quick buck by capitalising on the love people have for Steem.

Just my humble opinion.
