Maybe other people,
know these feelings.
I have so many things I want to do.
I have so many plans, so many ideas, just all going in and out of my head.
I am overwhelmed by these ideas,
and I don't know when or how I'm going to do it,
or where to start for that matter.
What is Important to me is that my mind is clear,
That I know exactly what my priorities are,
and where to start.
To figure that out,
I think I need to be more focussed, more certain and more clear
about what my goal, or what I want to achieve actualy is.
I think I'm gonna do that in a process through writing to myself.
Once I'm clear about what my goals are,
I need to figure out how I'm gonna get there,
I have never been a great planner.
But I do think I should plan out
some steps like a to-do list of
not the things I want to achieve, but
of the steps I have to take to reach this goal.
I am writing this because I am very sure I am not
the only one out here with a rather chaotic mindset.
That might want to change themselves,
for whatever reason.
If the results are succesful I am planning to share them here
aswel.

My mind doesnt stop and I also get very overwhelmed, to the point where I sometimes get anxiety and then in turn dont get what I need to get done. If that makes any sense?
Any ideas that are working for you? For me, I like going for a walk and giving gratitude. Always helps a bit and keeps me present.
I have also found when im tired my mind is much more restless and unfocused, so good sleep is essential for me.
Yes, It is so true. I also experience anxiety.
And I go for a walk quite often.
When it comes to the feeling of being overwhelmed,
I can't really help yet because my experience is lacking,
but I have many ideas that I want to try out to not get too overwhelmed.
Wich is mainly trying to increase my clarity and my certainty of what I want,
and try to create a set of steps to reach this goal.
Being chaotic in my mind has been causing me alot of stress.
I have done many things to try and reduce stress.
For example, meditation, thai chi, and walking in nature.
This can sometimes give me inspiration or ease my mind.
Since new year I stopped eating milk products, and cut down my sugar intake atleast 80%.
if I can make a subjective estimate.
I'm quite clear on that I need to keep doing this to achieve better health
But there are many other things bothering me such as the wish for financial independence
and selfdetermination. For this I want to clear my mind even further.
I hope this will also decrease my uncertainty and increase my self confidence.
