Fortunately, you weren’t tricked. I was :0(
Thanks to a lot of people, I got my account and reputation score back. The reputation score had gone to -1, because the hackers used my account to send out the phising message to 30 other people, and Steemcleaners had flagged all those messages to make them harmless (as @spiritualmax already commented).
After reading your post, there’s something that keeps playing in my head...
When you state:
(And note: a big thank you to @spaminator, as they managed to catch the culprit and flag all his spam phishing comments to hide them and bring down his reputation score. Well-done. )
Are you referring to the real scammer? Or to someone who was as unfortunate (or as stupid) as me to get his or her account hacked, after which the hackers used the account to send out their messages?
Yeah, I had not updated the post since learning that the account was hacked - so that statement doesn’t make full proper sense in context.
I just hoped that you actually meant they had caught the scammer. From what I’ve heard, they still haven’t, so people are still at risk...
How are you? Are you fine? Do you busy brother @rok-sivante
Ok, yes.
Correct English would be, “are you busy?”
I'm sorry brother @rok-sivante little wrong in writing "Do you busy" I mean is "are you busy". Understandably I still learn a little English because I am native Indonesian citizen, Thank you brother I like to communicate.
