Aloha!
It's been a while since I wrote a post on Steemit, not because I didn't want to because God knows this site is addicting but because I ran out of STEEM!
Not, steem the currency, but steam aka energy...
Long story short, I just went through a tremendous setback where I basically got fired from my own company, all my digital assets/websites seized, and even my final paycheck stolen!
Haha. I just have to laugh about that at this point and glad to be out of that mess, now it's just Steemit and Bitcoin for me full-time.
And I'm pretty stoked about it. I've got lots of ideas and my evil marketing mind has been churning them out around the clock. The only problem is that I'm living in my van now.
However, that's no problem really. I chose to do it because I was starting to get pretty stagnant sitting in my comfort zone in paradise and if you ever want to see what you're made out of try living the mobile lifestyle or in nature, it will definitely teach you a thing or 2 about yourself.
Anyways, I wanted to get to the point of my post...COUCHSURFING.
And even more importantly couchsurfing powered by Steemit and Bitcoin.
You see, now that I don't have a real job anymore and thank god for that. I can dedicate all my time to creating value for you and the rest of the Steemit community and I have a feeling you and many others will be super receptive to what I'm doing.
And It's not just me, I have a partner in crime @madmonka. She hasn't posted much here but she shoots all my videos, photos, etc. And I've also brought along my dog Maverick who's more than a handful even at 13 years old.
So, I've got quite the challenge ahead of me but I'm fully confident in Steemits ability to fund all of this.
Yes, it's going to take a lot of hard work, consistency, and dedication but the rewards will be worth it.
Anyhow, I just wanted to give a shout out to Heaton family, I got them started with Steemit their username is @heatonadventures.
I told them that they could be the first family on Steemit and have got them started on the introduce yourself post.
This is my 2nd couchsurfing experience so far and these guys were more than awesome. Super kind, generous, loving, and just great people.
They have 3 wonderful children and one dog and are excited about the possibility of making a full-time income on Steemit sharing their adventures and stories with you all.
They welcomed us with open arms, gave us a place to sleep, shower, organize ourselves, write this post and eat.
It's amazing how many cool people are out there that barely even know anything about Bitcoin, I gave them an earful about why Bitcoin why now and more importantly why Steemit why NOW.
This is the first Rural American town I've been to since living in Hawaii for 10+ years and it was quite the culture shock. So many American flags it was unreal!
I haven't wrote about this yet but I've been planning on doing a world tour in a van living entirely off cryptocurrency's. This plan has been in the works for a long time, and sure a lot of other people have done similar things but I think you'll find what we're up to rather interesting.
So be sure and follow me here if you haven't already and tune into my next few posts, I've got some amazing photos and stories to share with you all and plan on sharing Steemit with as many people face to face as humanly possible over the next few years...
I hope you'll join me!

Good Luck! For a brief period I was sleeping in my Civic, so I know the feeling. It definitely builds motivation though, that's for sure! XD
