Those who invested in steem and not only rely on their earnings are placing a value on the time that it would take to earn and accumulate SP to become a significant force - I did.
Day 28 here and I am at 800 SP. To people in places where my full vote, which gives $0.13 USD, could be a meaningful difference and impact.
For those who are trading their time and talents for what they can earn here, the SP carries weight.
I am here to help, encourage ... I am not a bot ... I do more ... (please see my profile and posts).
After all, I am a scientist, a geek - nerd, and a mathematics - logic practitioner and they are the only two means that can be proven true of false.
I am just pointing out the numbers and the logic will follow with sufficient set of numbers.
All the best!
Yes Steem is different from other cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin because it doesn't solely rely on mining to generate new currency units. While you can technically mine Steem then you can get more benefits in actual way..
