guaranteend ? no, but usually the active memebers there get a lot of resteems, not directly but in the time of 7 days when the resteem is active, I can't tell people to resteem all posts there because we have a lot of people, so they choose what to resteem, if you are lucky you will be choosen by all the people there, if not just by a few of them, this why you have to post good quality posts and be active !
