Using Canva
Navigate over to https://www.canva.com and hit
You can go through all the available designs they have pre-setup and make changes to personalize them or you can go up to the top left and hit
Now you have access to a bunch of different designs and layouts.
Feel free to experiment and use it for anything really, not just Steemit. I just find it's super useful as a free tool for creating my banners each time!

I've heard of canva a while back, but never got the chance to check it out until now. It looks good, so far. Hope I can come up with something decent even with my lack of design skills. Thanks for writing about it.

Canva is awesome. There's a few other programs just like them with different stock photos and fonts also. It's a great quick option. Now I just need to find a program that will make me transparent gifs easier. :)

Each site requires different dimensions and then when you put it in, it shows a portion of that banner or does something weird with it. I had to adjust my banner a few times to figure it out for each site I put it on. I used Photoshop. I managed lol
Yeah for sure, that's why I just say Steemit cause you can do whatever. I use Photoshop too if needed :)
