I think this post somewhat proves my point. This post currently has earned $2.05 with 51 upvotes. I actually spend about 15 SBD on upvote bots as well so a good portion of that $2.05 is artificial. Even if we assume the $2.05 is all a result of posting on DTube on Youtube would have earned me this amount off 133 views
