I know is not a single person issuing 5,000 flyers, but the total amount of flyers would be 25,000 million.

If one of the starting users distribute 5,000 flyers in New York City, on the 4th round 50 million flyers would be distributed on New York City. That is what I mean about a flyer flood. Or are you paying the users the transport for travel around the world distributing the flyers?
