what does EOS do that any of the other thousand coins cant do? I'm highly skeptical of this coin but am looking for reasons to like it.

As someone very new to all this , I'm always asking myself that!
When generally people agree on a coin that's reassuring, but since that rarely happens enough what's much better is a coin is quite divisive but I can understand basically why. That way I can have a better idea what chance I want to take with it, even if I'm not too sure what's going on!! hahah!
It makes it so that normal people can use blockchain without even knowing it.
Blockchain backend, familiar .com front end.
No downloading of an entire blockchain or a special browser. Anything a user prefers will do.
