Why do I compare Steemit with Reddit?
Steemit and Reddit are social networks that focus on information sharing, with valuable 'info'being upvoted, Quora is another platform that uses this feature. What set steemit apart is that, author and curator gets a monetary reward, which is paid in cryptocurrencies (steem and steem dollar).
My worries
With the concept of profit sharing that steemit is using, I can see social media revolution. My only fear is, steemit is powered by blockchain and the reward is paid in cryptocurrency, and crypto is at early adoption.
Can Steemit meet up Reddit record and surpass it, in ten years to come?
