It would certainly be a nice thing if Steem were on the rise to a new "base" level... seems like we have been going "sideways to down" for quite a while. Of course, I think the price would also be helped if the "wallet issues" at Poloniex were sorted out... last time Steem went up sharply, most of the volume came from Poloniex....
