Thank you for replying. Yes, collectively all small votes matter but for now what matters most is a vote from @freedom. Take a look at Steemreports. Also many small SP voters vote up the top witnesses because they are on top of the list without proper vetting. But recently I saw people are talking about roles, actions, and contributions to the community by witnesses more. That is a start may be.

Hey @reazuliqbal. Apologize for the late reply. I will have to admit that I will never catch up on my replies.
Yes, freedom is the ultimate determinant of who becomes what here on steemit. It really is hard for newbies to understand how their SP vote worth matters when you see such a big account like freedom that could ultimately decide the fate of this platform. We do what we can right. Or jump ship if we can't do anymore. ;)
Not a problem. You receive lots of comments and I can imagine how hard that is to catch up with all of them. Yes, you are right. We can only be honest to ourselves.
Thanks for understanding. :) I said I wasn't going to make a new post until I catch up on my replies, but then I went and made a post a few days ago, hehe. I haven't even responded on that post!
Steemit is a full time job of its own and that is the truth!
Yes, it is somewhat full time job for me as I have a lot of free time. Though I do not post or comment a lot, I spend most my time reading people's posts and developing tools on top of the STEEM blockchain.
I'll have to find out what tools you've developed on here. I have two teammates on here that are just exploring steemit. Both smart as heck, one a programmer and the other a BI dashboard engineer, but they are both still learning about steemit.
My professional background is in IT, but not nearly as technical.
As for posting, we are in the same boat with not posting much. Although I do try to do so weekly at least so I can build some SP. Comments...well, I can't help but comment or reply when I talk with interesting people. Just that it may take me minutes or days to get back, depending on how busy I am with the real world. Speaking of the real world, I really should get back to work. I don't make nearly enough or any on here to pay for my daily cup of coffee! :)
I am not earning much and looking for full time opportunities in the real world. I do not have any educational background in IT but a self taught web developer also learning here on and about Steemit. Here are some tools I've made over the last few months - Where To Trade Steem, Steem Escrow Service, and mTasks. mTasks is in active development. Please do check them when you have free time.
Will do @reazuliqbal. Thanks for the list!
