Please tell me what is the minimum payment can i collect to withdraw in steemit.com ? and what is the payment methods ?
Some people said :
you cant withdraw until you earn 10x of what given free to you. Example, if you open account and given 10 steam power, you need 100 steam power to withdraw

You can withdraw or transfer Steem anytime. However, you cant do this with Steem Power you need to power down first, and yes its true you need to earn (or buy) 10x of what was given to you when you signed up before steem will let you power down.
