Quick question for @shadowbot, I got a vote that seemed way too small from a shadowcaster over the fractional vote threshold. I looked at their account and it turns out they've delegated most of the power away for a profit, but they are still getting the shadow rank benefits of having lots more SP that they are currently voting with now. Are shifts in SP only getting taken into account when shadow ranks are recalculated every Saturday or si there a bug?
