I really like the articles and I think everyone can atleast relate to one or two of these. I've learned a few lessons like these aswell, especially to value myself more and guard my borders. Say 'no' more often.

I'm in a much better place now compared to 10 -15 years ago, definitely. But I don't see myself as "off the hook". I feel like some of these old patterns are always lurking by, and I need to be aware and vigilant to not fall back. It's a life long learning process, but there is considerable progress.

Some things never really go away and you indeed have to stay vigilant to not fall back. I have the same with social situations. They're quite uncomfortable for me and it's easier to just say 'no', but I have to remember to say 'yes' aswell sometimes :-)
